At 52 I found the climb well within reach — you want a basic level of fitness and nothing more — and the guide was thoughtful the whole way up. I would recommend it to anyone.

Do not underestimate the climb: even the short trek from the jeep is 35 to 45 minutes of steep rock, and a clear sunrise is never guaranteed. We were lucky.
